Privacy Policy
Cunto AI is a calorie-tracking app that recognises food from photos and descriptions, for food from any cuisine. This policy explains what information the app handles, why, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed, so it is short.
1. Who is responsible
Cunto AI is operated by Cunto AI - Calorie tracker, based in the United States. For anything about this policy or your data, email support@cuntoai.app.
2. What the app collects

Cunto AI does not use advertising networks or third-party analytics trackers, does not collect your contacts or precise location, and does not sell your information.
3. Food photos and the AI
When you snap a photo or describe a meal, the photo or text is sent over an encrypted connection to our server and then to Anthropic, the company whose Claude model identifies the food. The photo is used only to produce that one answer. We do not store your food photos on our servers, and the photo stays on your phone. Anthropic processes it under its commercial API terms, which do not allow it to be used to train their models. Recognition is limited to a fixed number of requests per person per day; we keep a count per day to enforce that limit.
4. Where your data lives
Everything you enter is stored on your phone first. If the app can reach our server, your plan, meals and weights are also backed up to your account so you can restore them on a new phone. Accounts and data are hosted by Supabase. If you never sign in, your account is anonymous: it has no name or email attached, only a random ID.
5. Who else sees your data
- Supabase hosts our database and sign-in system.
- Anthropic receives food photos and descriptions to identify the food, as described above.
- RevenueCat, together with Apple or Google, handles subscriptions. We never see your card details.
- Open Food Facts receives the barcode number when you scan a packaged product, nothing else.
- Apple or Google if you choose to sign in with them.
These companies act on our instructions to provide the app. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
6. Keeping and deleting your data
Your data is kept while you use the app. You can delete it at any time inside the app under Settings: "Clear meal history", "Clear weight history", or "Delete my account and all data". Deleting your account removes your plan, meals, weights and the account itself from your phone and from our servers. It cannot be undone. Your subscription is separate and is managed through your Apple or Google account; cancel it there.
7. Security
Data travels over encrypted connections. On our servers, each person can only read and change their own rows. The AI key never leaves our server and is never included in the app. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a device passcode and keep your account email safe.
8. Children
Cunto AI is not intended for children under 13, and the app does not accept an age below 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Not medical advice
Calorie and nutrition figures are estimates produced by an AI and public food databases. They can be wrong. Cunto AI does not give medical, nutritional or dietary advice. Talk to a doctor or dietitian before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, under 18, have an eating disorder or a medical condition.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to how it is used. The in-app tools cover most of this. For anything else, email support@cuntoai.app and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app.
